Message	I am still in the process of getting the title. sent a letter to FL DMV which they forward to prior owner requesting duplicate title. if I was a FL resident and the previous owner didn't respond within 10 days after receiving letter I could go to the tax collectors office to claim title, but CT says F you. I called that shady sounding guy on craigslist who claimed that for $450 he could have me a legal title to the car within 5 days, but unless I knew of someone that has gone through him I would be pretty nervous
